Prior Authorization Legislation Introduced in Congress
On June 12, Senators Roger Marshall (R-KS), Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), John Thune (R-SD), Sherrod Brown (D-OH), and Representatives Mike Kelly (R-PA), Suzan DelBene (D-WA), Larry Bucshon (R-IN) and Ami Bera (D-CA) reintroduced the Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act (S. 4532/H.R. 8702).
