Claim CME: Past Meetings

To claim CME from a previous ACNS meeting you have attended:

  1. Please click on the appropriate link below to the activity for which you wish to claim CME credit;
  2. Using the menu bar on the left-side of your screen, click on "CME Information;"
  3. Click on the "Claim CME and Attendance Certificates" button at the top of the webpage; and
  4. Sign in to the CME Self-Report portal using your last (family) name and your ACNS ID number. The system will then ask you to indicate the sessions you attended, to complete evaluation forms for each of those sessions, and will generate a PDF certificate which may be printed or saved to your computer.
