Headquarters Hotel

The 2025 Annual Meeting headquarters hotel is the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, 700 Aliceanna Street, Baltimore, Maryland, 21202. Delegates may call the hotel at 1-888-511-7809 and reference the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society.

A group rate of $239 USD/night has been secured for ACNS Annual Meeting delegates.
Rooms will be available at this rate until the cut-off date of February 4, 2025, or until the block sells out, whichever occurs first! ACNS recommends booking housing as soon as your travel plans have been confirmed.

The ACNS Annual Meeting & Courses website is the ONLY ACNS-authorized system for registering for the conference or booking guest rooms at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Should you be contacted by any group claiming to represent ACNS and urging you to book hotel rooms or register for the meeting through their services (especially at “lower” rates) please be aware that ACNS does not work through or contract with any such groups.

Why book within the official meeting block?

Booking your stay by using the link above ensures that ACNS is able to keep meeting costs down for attendees, including trainees. When the majority of attendees "book within the block," ACNS has better negotiating power and is able to secure lower room rates at future Annual Meeting properties!

Booking at the headquarters hotel using third party or travel discount sites makes it difficult for ACNS to get credit for your stay, and the Society may actually incur fees if too many attendees book their rooms outside the official block.

Travel

The Baltimore area is served by Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), approximately 11 miles or a 22-minute drive from the ACNS headquarters hotel.
