Registration Rates:

The ACNS Annual Meeting & Courses will be held February 27 - March 2, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Annual Meeting & Courses is a live, in-person event. Virtual attendance options are not available.

The Program and Course Committees have integrated the Annual Meeting & Courses agenda, allowing delegates to access any of the sessions for a single, simplified registration rate. ACNS has thoughtfully planned the agenda with each specialty in mind. See the Preliminary Program for more details.

It’s back! Challenge your knowledge of clinical neurophysiology in a game-show style competition. Volunteer to be part of a team when registering to attend the Annual Meeting & Courses!


Exhibitors:

Exhibitor registration instructions are included in the Exhibit & Support Prospectus. To access the complimentary Annual Meeting registrations accompanying the purchase of a booth, please follow the instructions in your exhibit confirmation email.

Substitutions:

Name substitutions must be made to ACNS in writing prior to February 18. Any name substitutions made onsite will result in a $50 processing fee. If the original registrant shows up at the meeting, he/she will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ACNS by February 18, 2025. A 15% processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Delegates will receive confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of cancellation notice. Refund requests received after February 18, 2025 will not be granted.
